Yoga with Courtney :

Nurture Yoga Studio: workshop, "Deeper Explorations into Hatha Yoga."
A five week course with Courtney Butler, ERYT-200(Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance)
· Date : Fri. Nov. 7,14,21 & Dec. 5th and 12th
· Time : 10:00 to 11:45
· Place: Nurture Yoga Studio
· Price: $60 for the six weeks or $15 drop in rate.
· C.E.U.’s for Yoga Instructors (up to 8hrs, 45min.’s)
The five week course will explore many aspects of Hatha Yoga such as, chair yoga, using props, making corrections, yogic diet, & yogic philosophies. There will be discussion time with tea at the end of each class. Each class will include lecture, discussion, pranayama, asana, & mediation. Due to this low price, we do ask that you bring props with you if you own them (straps and blocks) to insure we have enough for everyone.
